To date, 2,295 farmers have bought mineral fertilizers on favorable terms via the field sale in Azerbaijan, Trend reports referring to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Agriculture.
The field sale of mineral fertilizers was organized in 33 districts of the country, including 46 villages. The field sale will continue till the end of the season.
Some 183 villages in the vicinity also bought mineral fertilizers via the field sale.
Azerbaijan’s Agroleasing OJSC has launched the field sale of seasonal mineral fertilizers on favorable terms since September, in particular ammophos and azophoska, in the villages located far from the regional centers.
Residents can purchase fertilizers at a 70 percent discount by providing the necessary documents.
