Azerbaijani construction company talks on plans for implementing projects in Ukraine

Azerbaijan’s Caspian Service construction company plans to invest in its first development project called “BASA City residential complex” in Ukraine, a source in the company told Trend.

The source noted that according to preliminary estimates, the amount of investment planned for the project’s implementation amounts at several million dollars.

“This is the first full-scale project by the Caspian Service in Ukraine as a developer,” the source added. “In the future, the company plans to enter the business and premium class housing segment in Ukraine. The company has experience in Kazakhstan, Georgia and some CIS countries.”

Caspian Service was founded in 2001. Its portfolio includes 71 projects in Azerbaijan, six in Kazakhstan, two in Georgia, one in Poland and eight in Ukraine. Since its foundation, the company has built and commissioned about 1.5 million square meters of area.

The company entered the Ukrainian market in 2014. In 2018, the company began the implementation of the BASA City residential complex near Kyiv as a developer.
