BAKU, Azerbaijan, Nov. 12

By Fakhri Vakilov-Trend:

The “Lux Plus Service” enterprise in Uzbekistan’s Namangan region, which produces clothes under the Vakkoni brand, will begin production of suits under Hugo Boss brand, as was agreed upon during the negotiations of Namangan region’s governor Khayrullo Bozarov with representatives of the German Hugo Boss company, Trend reports citing Uzbekistan’s Embassy in Benelux.

"The quality of suits tailored by regional enterprises surprised us very much. Many textile enterprises of the region sent us their samples and wanted to establish cooperation. However, we chose Lux Plus Service as this enterprise fully met the requirements of Hugo Boss," the Hugo Boss representatives noted.

The total project cost of the new planned line will be $10 million. At the first stage, 800 new jobs will be created. Products will be exported to the EU countries, as well as to Russia and Kazakhstan.

The company “Lux Plus Service” LLC is a dynamically developing production and trading company. It was founded in 2005 and is one of the leaders in the manufacture of men's clothing in Uzbekistan.

The company is engaged in the production and wholesale of classic men's clothing for more than 14 years, using the experience and traditions of world manufacturers, constantly improving production technology and product design.

Hugo Boss is one of the leading companies in the premium segment of the global apparel market with around 14,700 employees worldwide. In fiscal year 2018 Hugo Boss generated sales of 2.7 billion euros.
