Uzbekistan’s Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine (MMC) completed annual tasks for the production of strategic products in a number of divisions, Trend reports citing the press service of the plant.
According to the statement, early execution of the Investment Program regarding the implementation of construction work was ensured, as well as important production facilities were commissioned.
In particular, repair and restoration of electric submersible pumping units was commissioned in the repair and mechanical workshop of the mine administration No. 5. This facility will not only save money, but will speed up the repair and restoration work of several thousand pumps, which are widely used in the plant.
The Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine was established in 1958 to process uranium reserves.
