Kazakhstan's GDP volume nearing $105B

Physical volume index of Kazakhstan’s GDP amounted to 104.3 percent during nine months of 2019 compared to the same period of 2018, Trend reports with reference to the data of Kazakhstan’s Statistics Committee.

Country’s GDP during nine months of 2019 amounted to 44.2 trillion tenge ($116.4 billion), whereas during nine months of 2018 it was 39.7 trillion tenge ($104.5 billion).

Some 39.1 percent of the GDP accounts for manufacturing of goods, 52.8 percent for service production and 8.1 percent accounts for net tax.

In turn, the largest part of the goods manufacturing accounts for industry (29.2 percent). It is followed by construction (5.6 percent) and agriculture, forestry and fisheries (4.3 percent).

GDP in market prices represents the end result of the production activities of resident producers.
