SAB company, producer of sausages in Azerbaijan, is working on a new production line of sausages, a source in the company told Trend.
“Two new types of halal sausages are planned to be produced this year,” the source said.
"Presently, the company intends to increase production volume,” the source said. “The production volume reached 400-420 kilograms per day in 2019. The production volume is planned to be increased up to 500 kilograms or more this year.”
“Two types of halal sausages worth 20-28 manat ($11-16) per kilogram were produced in 2019,” the source said. “The range of sausages, including halal ones, is planned to be expanded in 2020."
Presently, the company produces 60 types of meat products and 50 types of dairy products under SAB brand.
The company’s production is located in Azerbaijan’s Khirdalan settlement.
