Iran's North Drilling Company has received the Integrated Management System (IMS) certificate from SGS company, Deputy Managing Director of the company Hassan Adshirinpour told Trend.
"Compliance with the Integrated Management System requirements and implementation of necessary standards are the steps to improve production processes, increase safety and eventually meet customers' demands," Adshirinpour said.
"Iran's North Drilling Company is the first drilling enterprise in the country that received ISO 45001:2018 certificate on occupational health and safety management systems the SGS company," he added.
"The certificate has been issued after SGS completed an audit of the company," Adshirinpour said.
"The audit process was conducted October 29 to October 31, 2018, and the certificate was issued by the end of December 2018, which the North Drilling Company received confirmation to receive IMS certificate," the deputy managing director said.
"The company received the certificate for three years. Currently, the company operates in conformity with international standards such as Environmental Management System ISO14001:2015, Quality Management System ISO9001:2015, and Occupational Health & Safety Management System ISO45001:2018," he added.
"This result was achieved through support of the workers, managers and other staff members of the company as well as through conducting training sessions and internal domestic audits," Adshirinpour said.
