The total volume of Azerbaijan’s export of non-oil products amounted to $296 million from January through February 2020, which is 5 percent more compared to the same period of 2019, Trend reports referring to the Export Review of country’s Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.
Russia is a leader among the countries that imported Azerbaijani products over the reporting period. Russia’s import of Azerbaijani non-oil products amounted to $88 million, which is slightly above 29.7 percent of all exports.
The other four countries are Turkey (import of Azerbaijani products amounted to $75.3 million), Georgia - $34.9 million, Switzerland - $28.8 million and China - $7.9 million.
The total export of Azerbaijan’s non-oil products amounted to $1.9 billion in 2019, $690.6 million of which accounted for Russia (slightly above 35 percent of all exports).
The top five countries in terms of non-oil export volume also included Turkey ($401.8 million), Switzerland ($179 million), Georgia ($159.1 million) and Ukraine ($50.6 million).
