Azerbaijani Khazar Inshaat company continues to build the housing estates in Sumgayit city, a source in the company told Trend.
“Currently, the construction work is underway in three microdistricts of Sumgayit,” the source said. “The work is underway in the 6th, 9th, and 10th microdistricts of the city, in which several multi-story buildings are under construction.”
“Over 50 percent of the construction work in these microdistricts, which was launched in late December 2019, has been completed,” the source added.
“Previously, it was planned to complete the project by June 2020, but only part of the construction of 9-12-story buildings was completed due to the quarantine regime introduced amid the spread of coronavirus infection,” the source said.
“The company offers one-room, two-room and three-room apartments from 40 square meters to 60 square meters,” the source said. “The cost of the apartments is 1,100-1,200 manat ($647-705) per square meter. Currently, the company is building the housing estates in Baku and the country's districts.”
Khazar Inshaat company has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2003.
