The construction of 46 facilities will begin in the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province (southwestern Iran) in the current Iranian year (began March 20, 2020), Head of the Planning and Budget Organization of Iran Mohammad Bagher Nobakht said, Trend reports citing the organization.
Nobakht said that in this regard, a contract was signed between the Planning and Budget Organization of Iran and the Governor Office of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province.
He added that of these facilities, 17 will be in industry and mining sector, 20 in agricultural sector and 9 in services sector.
The official noted that a total of 22.6 trillion rials (about $539 million) will be spent on the construction and implementation of these facilities.
According to Nobakht, about 12,300 people will be employed after the commissioning of the facilities.
“More than 12 trillion rials (about $285 million) was allocated for development in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province in the last Iranian year (March 21, 2019 to March 20, 2020),” he said.
