With the support of the "Produce in Georgia" agency and USAID, experienced investment advisors from Germany, the United States, and the Baltic states have visited Georgia for the first time, Trend reports via Georgian media.
The first meeting of representatives of the agency "Producer in Georgia" with three international experts took place on Sept.7. The invited experts represent prestigious international companies - KPMG, Conway, and GDP Global. All three have years of experience working with multinational companies and governments on various investment projects.
Director of the agency Mikhail Khidureli made a presentation, during which he spoke about state programs focused on the country's economy, investment potential, and business development.
During their visit, the consultants will familiarize themselves with the investment environment in Georgia and will meet with a number of representatives from the public and private sectors. As a result, they will receive detailed information about investment opportunities in the country and successfully implemented investment projects.
Khidureli explained that active cooperation with them to raise awareness of the business climate in Georgia and attract additional investment is a unique opportunity. Therefore, the agency plans to conduct similar tours in Georgia in the future.
