Azerbaijan’s AzerGold CJSC mining company has signed a contract with the local DATUM LLC IT company worth 737,900 manat ($434,058), Trend reports citing Azerbaijani e-procurement portal.
The winner of the tender announced by AzerGold has been determined to digitize geological information on the Dashkasan iron ore deposit, topographic survey and search for promising areas and conduct field research work.
“By the decision of the tender commission, the winner of the tender was DATUM LLC. A contract in the amount of 737,900 manat was signed with the company,” said the report.
Established in 2008, DATUM LLC, is one of the leading IT companies in Azerbaijan. The company’s experts have big experience in the field of information technology, geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing of the Earth, as well as software development.
