Kazakhstan's passenger cars export value to Azerbaijan revealed

Kazakhstan’s passenger cars export to Tajikistan amounted to $613,386 over the period from Jan. Through Jul. 2020, Trend reports with reference to the Eurasian Economic Commission.

During the reporting period cars of Kazakh manufacturing were exported to Azerbaijan, Latvia, UAE, the UK, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and France.

Thus, Kazakhstan’s cars export to Azerbaijan and Latvia amounted to $12,908 and to $44,402 respectively.

During the reporting period, Kazakhstan has also exported passenger cars worth $468,639 to UAE, worth $18,607 to the UK, $108,576 to Turkmenistan, $100,000 to Turkey, and worth $48.6 million to Uzbekistan.

In turn, Kazakhstan’s passenger cars export to Ukraine amounted to $145,065, whereas to France – to $42,971.

A total of 37,436 passenger cars were manufactured in Kazakhstan over the first eight months of 2020, which is 46.3 percent more than during the same period of 2019.

In turn, passenger car production in Aug. alone amounted to 5,308 cars, which also is 60.6 percent more than in Aug. 2019.

The total volume of Kazakhstan’s trade turnover amounted to $48.7 billion over the period from Jan. through July 2020 which indicates a decrease from $54.5 billion during the same period of 2019.

Kazakhstan’s export amounted to $28.6 billion during the reporting period of 2020 ($33.03 billion in the same period of 2019), whereas imports amounted to $20.1 billion ($21.5 billion in 2019).
