Russia was an active participant in the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan in October this year, Trend reports with reference to exchange’s data.

According to the data, Russia purchased dyed terry products, knitwear, cotton fabric, and yarn from Turkmenistan in foreign currency in the first week of October.

During the second week of October, Russia bought polyethylene, colorless flat glass, dyed terry products, cotton yarn, and dried licorice root on Turkmenistan’s exchange in foreign currency.

Smooth-colored and jacquard terry products, cotton yarn, and colorless flat glass were also purchased in foreign currency by entrepreneurs from Russia on Turkmenistan’s exchange during trading in the third week of October.

There was no information about transactions of Russian entrepreneurs in the last week of October.

As reported, Russian entrepreneurs were also active participants of Turkmenistan’s exchange in September.

Some 190 transactions were registered on the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan in October.

During the first week of October, 20 deals were concluded, during the second – 52, the third – 80, and the fourth - 38 deals.
