Georgian company Noxtton, a team of several Georgian professionals, takes its first steps in 2016 with the first project of cybersecurity in the UK, Trend reports via Georgian media.
As reported, it is a multidisciplinary international information technology company, whose portfolio includes projects of an impressive number and scale.
The company, which started in the global market, currently focuses on Georgia and seeks to develop this industry in our country, while actively supporting medium and large organizations in developing their own digital and technological solutions.
"Our first project took place in Great Britain. Like all startups, we were a team of just a few people who did not yet have the face of an organization. The first steps were related to cybersecurity. Later, a technology company was formed with its own strategy and clear plans," said CEO of the company Givi Chkhartishvili.
In the first year, we implemented about 10 very interesting projects, which showed us the great opportunities and potential of this industry.
"Very soon, the company added other areas of activity and expanded the range of services with the team. Later, a full-fledged technological organization was created that can provide consulting and services in any digital direction: design and development of mobile applications and websites, CRM and ERP systems development, e-commerce, IT consulting, technology audit, AI chatbots, digital marketing, and Data & Analytics, Cyber Security and more. Our model is not based on a bureaucratic, but on a multidisciplinary, team format, where each person, and therefore the team, takes care of the development of its own direction, ” Chkhartishvili explains.
After the European start, the company appeared on the Georgian market about 18 months ago. The goal is to quickly assimilate the Georgian market and onboard international brands in Georgia. Extensive experience working with international organizations allows the team to share internationally recognized practices and approaches locally, although the company's efforts are not limited to Georgia.
Part of the team is currently in Estonia, from where project development is managed, although Noxtton has representatives in many other countries and manages projects in several regions in parallel. As of today, the main resource is still mobilized in Georgia.
In order for Georgian practice to become an international standard, a lot needs to be developed locally. First and foremost, organizations need to successfully address the growing trend and challenge of digitalization. With digitalization, of course, there are problems that companies deal with in different ways.
"Through us, organizations are given the opportunity to properly assess any technological challenge and related strategic, monetary or structural risk factors and benefits," said Chkhartishvili.
Today, Noxtton is a reliable base for many organizations in the global arena, providing them with the right navigation in the digital world.
