Iran sees increase in exports to Belarus

The non-oil products exports of Iran to Belarus increased by 21 percent in terms of value and 51 percent in terms of volume during the first 11 months of the current Iranian year (from March 20, 2020, through February 18, 2021), compared to the same period last Iranian year, Trend reports citing the statistics of Tehran Chamber of Commerce Industries Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA).

According to the statistics, Iran exported 6,000 tons of goods worth $17 million to Belarus over 11 months.

“Also, Iran imported 3,000 tons of goods worth $7 million from Belarus for 11 months,” the statistics said.

So, the imports of Iran from Belarus decreased by 43 percent in terms of value and by 41 percent in terms of volume compared to the same period last Iranian year, the statistics said.

As reported, Iran's non-oil exports amounted to 103 million tons worth about $31.2 billion over the first 11 months. Moreover, Iran imported 30.8 million tons of goods worth $34.3 billion during the mentioned period.
