Anglo Asian Mining PLC extracted 11,907 ounces of gold in Azerbaijan in the first quarter of 2021, which is 25 percent less compared to the same period of 2020, Trend reports citing the company's report.
According to the report, copper production in the specified period increased by 14 percent on an annualized basis, from 559 to 638 tons; silver – by 2.1 percent, from 34,642 to 35,365 ounces.
The company's revenues from the sale of gold bars in the first quarter amounted to about $22.9 million.
Anglo Asian Mining reserves as of March 31, 2021, were estimated at $15.2 million.
