Turkmenistan’s Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries has opened again tender for the purchase of RON-98 fuel.
The potential bidders are invited to submit a written application, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, details, and contact phone numbers.
The bidders should get acquainted with the rules of the tender for the selection of contractors for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan.
The tender offers are accepted within 20 days.
The tender offer must be delivered in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications, and the second envelope should contain a commercial offer.
An invoice for $575 (including VAT) should be issued.
