Supposedly, business sectors in Georgia will begin to recover in the second half of the year, said Alexander Dzneladze, President of the Banking Association of Georgia (BAG), Trend reports via Georgian media.
Dzneladze talked about the reasons for lari fluctuation. He deeply hopes that lari will stabilize in summer.
"As for the reasons of lari depreciation, problems in the regions directly or indirectly affect the lari exchange rate in addition to the pandemic," said Dzneladze.
He hopes that all business sectors will be gradually restored in the second half of the year.
“Business sectors in the country will begin to recover in the second half of the year, the restaurants and tourism-related sectors will be less affected, but it is hoped that appropriate steps will be taken in this direction," - said the president of the Banking Association.
