Receipts from customs duties to the state budget of Azerbaijan increased by 43 percent in April 2021, compared to the same month of 2020, and amounted to 99.8 million manat ($58.7 million), Trend reports citing the State Customs Committee (SCC).
As reported, state budget receipts through the SCC in the reporting month amounted to 370.8 million manat ($218.1 million), an increase of 4 percent on annual basis.
State budget revenues from value-added tax VAT decreased by 8 percent compared to April 2020 - to 251.9 million manat ($148.1 million), and excise taxes increased by 24 percent - to 15.4 million manat ($9.05 million).
At the same time, road tax revenues have more than doubled, amounting to 3.6 million manat ($2.11 million).
