Brazilian government is interested in developing ties with Iran and importing urea and petrochemical products via bartering corn and livestock, said Brazil Ambassador in Iran Laudemar Aguiar, Trend reports citing ILNA.
He made the remarks during his meeting with the head of the Iran Trade and Promotion Organization Alireza Peyman Pak.
Iranian official in turn expressed readiness of Iran to cooperate with Brazil in banking sector, bartering deals and commodity supplies.
Aguillar has also noted his recent meetings with Iranian officials for increasing cooperation in the fields of medicine and nanotechnology.
