Iran's export to members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO) has increased 41 percent during the current Iranian year (started March 21, 2021), said the spokesman of Iran Customs Administration Rohullah Latifi, Trend reports citing ILNA.
"Iran and eleven members of the SCO have traded 48.9 million
tons of goods valued at $32.7 billion during this period indicating
a 31-percent growth compared to the previous year," he said.
Iran exported 40.6 million tons of goods valued at $18.2 billion to
the SCO member states during the current Iranian year showing a
41-percent increase.
Iran's top five export destinations in the SCO were China ($12.6 billion), Afghanistan ($1.6 billion), India ($1.6 billion, Pakistan($1.2 billion), Russia ($439 million).
Iran five main import sources were China ($11.1 billion), Russia ($1.4 billion), India ($1.3 billion, Pakistan ($252million) and Uzbekistan ($110 million).
