TEHRAN, Iran, June 29. Iran Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade has drafted a plan to focus on production and export in the home appliance industry, said the Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mehdi Niyazi, Trend reports citing IRNA.
He went on to say that other priorities in the home appliance sector are to improve the quality of products and reduce energy consumption.
Niyazi pointed out that the ministry has started to combat the smuggling of auto parts, home appliances, and clothing in the current Iranian year (started on March 21, 2022).
According to the official, technical accelerators will assist the sector in a two-year plan to improve the technology of home appliance products.
