TEHRAN, Iran, July 12. Production of Iran Khodro has grown by 53 percent during the first four months of the current Iranian year (started March 21, 2022), said the Managing Director of IKCO Mehdi Khatib, Trend reports citing Fars News Agency.
"IKCO has produced 174,695 vehicles during this period while it has delivered 169,487 vehicles to customers," he said.
He pointed out that the auto maker has targeted production of 750,000 commercial and passenger vehicles in the current Iranian year.
According to the official, the company has increased export of auto parts during the first four months of the current year by two and half times while it plans to export 15,000 heavy vehicles by the end of year.
