BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 6. The new tax, budget, and urban planning codes will be worked out in Kazakhstan, Trend reports citing the draft national action plan for the implementation of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's address on "Just state, a single nation, prosperous society".
Minister of National Economy Alibek Kuantyrov said that the draft national action plan envisages the implementation of 109 measures on new economic policy, development of the real sector, strategic investments in the future of the country, public administration reforms, and law and order.
So, it’s planned to launch the national project on "Modernization of rural healthcare" and develop measures to comprehensively improve the medical infrastructure as a whole. As part of the "Comfortable school" new national project, schools for 800,000 students will be built by 2025.
Besides, legislative amendments will be adopted to introduce a moratorium on raising the retirement age for women to 61 until 2028, setting and increasing the period of payments for child care from January 1, 2023 to one year and five months.
On January 1, 2024, it’s expected to launch of the National Fund for Children project envisioning the direction of 50 percent of the national fund’s annual investment income to special savings accounts for children. These funds can be used upon reaching the age of 18 for the purchase of housing and education.
It’s also planned to update the law "On public procurement" to improve the quality of purchased goods, works and services, reformat the activities of the Samruk-Kazyna Fund, and take measures to improve the efficiency of the special economic zones, the agro-industrial complex and the water industry.
