BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 14. The official and business delegation of Russia's Ryazan region, headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the region Artyom Nikitin, is planning to visit Azerbaijan's Baku on September 14-16, Trend reports via Russia's Trade Representative Office in Azerbaijan.
The negotiations will be held with state and commercial organizations of Azerbaijan with the support of Russia's Trade Representative Office in Azerbaijan.
Recently, a showroom of Russian companies has started its work in Baku Business Center. A total of 57 manufacturers of Russia's Ryazan region present more than 300 units of products that are in demand in Azerbaijani market at the exhibition.
This format allowed to establish business ties and strengthen commercial and economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia.
Azerbaijani entrepreneurs will be able to visit showroom and get acquainted with manufacturer's building material products, medical products, food products, products of textile, metal working and IT technology industries.

He noted that the products of Ryazan region's enterprises are in steady demand in Azerbaijan, but the export potential of Ryazan products is not fully realized at present. Regional exports to Azerbaijan amounted to $11.5 million last year.
