BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 5. Iran’s non-oil exports through the customs of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province (western Iran), increased by 50 percent in value and 21 percent in volume during the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through September 22, 2022), compared to the same period last Iranian year, Director General of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province Customs Office Ali Asghar Abdollahi told Tasnim News Agency, Trend reports.
According to Abdollahi, more than 51,000 tons of non-oil products worth $41 million were exported through the customs of the province in 6 months.
“The exported goods were mainly ceramics, porcelain, heat resistant bricks, aluminum wire, fittings, household appliances, almonds and so on,” he added.
The director general also noted that the mentioned goods were mainly exported to Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Türkiye, Syria, Georgia, Italy, Turkmenistan and other countries.
