BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 8. The volume of cargo transported from Iran’s Qazvin Province (northern Iran), increased by 4.7 percent during the last two months of the current Iranian year (September 23 through November 21, 2022), compared to the same period last Iranian year, Deputy Director of the Qazvin Province Roads and Transportation Department Alireza Moayyeripour said, Trend reports citing Iranian Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.

According to him, more than 1.9 million tons of cargo were transported from the province within the last 2 months.

Moayyeripour added that the transported goods were mainly various mining minerals, soft drinks, detergents, fittings, ceramics, diesel and car spare parts.

The deputy director also said that cargo transportation from Qazvin Province to other provinces of the country continues regularly.
