BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 11. Azerbaijan’s digital platform for searching and booking services (YAZL) is currently focused on a new product, presented to partners on January this year, CEO of YAZL Dilara Tomtiyeva told Trend.
"From January 2023, along with the ability to be present on the YAZL platform, we have been providing our partners with a booking management panel enabling them to effectively manage reservations and interact with customers. The panel is synchronized with the YAZL platform (application), as well as with our partner application, which ensures the possibility of booking 24/7 without changing the work of the organization," Tomtiyeva said.
The panel also provides the ability to change company information in real time, which will allow users to receive up-to-date information about it, including changes to services, prices and hours of operation, she noted.
According to her, users who come through the platform will be able to evaluate the company and service after completion of the booking, which will help companies maintain the quality of service, as well as become more attractive to other clients.
"Our partners are restaurants, beauty salons, barbershops, entertainment centers and other companies which have the possibility of pre-booking. We are introducing a local product with a 24/7 support service helping to address both administrative and technical issues," the CEO explained.
Tomtiyeva further noted that expansion of the platform in the region is also planned in the near future.
"Upon reaching the goals set for the Azerbaijani market, we will raise investments to reach the regional level," she added.
