BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 8. Iran exported about 126,000 tons of non-oil products worth approximately $70.7 million to Azerbaijan, during the first two months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through May 21, 2023), Trend reports.
Iran's export of non-oil products to Azerbaijan for the reporting period decreased by 38.5 percent in value, while increasing by 3.7 percent in volume compared to the period in the last Iranian year.
Thus, Iran exported 121,000 tons of non-oil products worth approximately $115 million to Azerbaijan in the same period of the last Iranian year.
Within 2 months, Iran mainly exported agricultural and food products, industrial products, petrochemical and chemical products to Azerbaijan.
Meanwhile, in the 2nd month of the current Iranian year (April 21 through May 21, 2023), Iran's export of non-oil products to Azerbaijan stood at 69,300 tons worth $37.2 million.
Overall, Iran exported 21 million tons of non-oil products worth $7.51 billion within the first two months of the current Iranian year.
This is an increase of 12.3 percent in value, while a decrease of 13.7 percent in volume compared to the same period in the last Iranian year.
