The representatives of the Agriculture Ministry led by Aydin Azizov, the head of the Leasing Service of the Ministry, are in Japan to hold qualifying works on the tender to be declared on purchase of agricultural technique at the expenses of a $1.8m grant allotted by Japanese government to Azerbaijan, the Ministry told Trend.
Following the tender, the technique will be supplied to Azerbaijan in the 4th quarter of 2005 the tender, the Agricultural Ministry said.
The signing of the documents on allotment of the grant was held at the Agriculture Ministry on 9 March 2005. The document was signed by Ismat Abbasov, the Agriculture Minister, and Tadahiro Abe, the Japanese Ambassador to Azerbaijan.
