A special meeting of the Capital Bank shareholders and a gathering of the Observation Council were held under the chairmanship of Avaz Alakbarov, the Azerbaijani Finance Minister, at the Capital Bank JSC on Wednesday, the press-service of the Ministry told Trend.
The special meeting discussed and confirmed regulations at new edition and charter, selected a new composition of the audit committee of the bank, increased the statutory capital, read out the report of the Inspection Group of the National Bank The shareholders also changed the composition of the Observation Council and elected Azer Bayramov Deputy Minister of Finance.
The gathering of the Observation Council determined new interest rates on deposits and confirmed Rules of crediting. It also made a decision on the liquidation of Alibayramli region branch 1.
