During the monitoring the fact of the bird flu availability in Azerbaijan has not been revealed. The monitoring with the involvement of the veterinary service specialists, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Healthcare, and the Hunter’s Society of Azerbaijan started on 9 November at 6 o’clock in the morning.
В"For the moment the monitoring is conducted in such areas as Agdjabedi, Lyankaran and etc”, Aslanov stressed.
According to him, no facts on spreading of the disease within the country have been found out.
The third monitoring at the republican level will be completed on 16 November, the total results of which will be known the following week.
Along with this, the veterinary service said, the works on preventing the bird flu are carried out. They include: enhancing of the control at the border, holding meetings with the heads of the broiler enterprises twice a month and etc.
