The Azerbaijani Ministry of Finances held an auction on additional placement of state-short term bonds. The BICEX told Trend the auction was directed at the placement of short-term T-bills with the sate registration number of 10601508S.
The applications by 2 participants in the auction comprised 11,172,000,000 manats (2,234, 400 denominated manats). The applications were submitted in the price diapason raging from 97.71% of the nominal (profitability вЂ" 12.39% per annum) to 97.72% of the nominal (profitability вЂ" 12.34%).
The Ministry set the cross price in the amount of 97.71% (profitability вЂ" 12.39%) and
was satisfied the orders in the amount of 11,172,000,000 manats (2,234,400 denominated manats) in net price. The average sustained price on the results of the auction comprised 97.71% of the net price (profitability вЂ" 12.39%).
The clearing off date is 30 January 2006.
Thus, in 2005 the Finances Ministry announced 19 issues of T-bills with the total amount of 525bn manats manats or 80.77% of the emission prospect registered for a year (400bn manats + 100bn manats +150). Over 19 emissions the Ministry attracted 297,131bn manats.
