Council of Railway Transport of CIS and Baltic states finishes its work today
The protocol has been signed on the results of the 42-nd sitting of the Council of the Railway Transport of the CIS, Baltic states and Finland and officials of the International Confederation of Trade Unions of railway workers an transport builders, the Azerbaijan State Railway told Trend.
The results of the railway networks operational work for 10 months of 2005, some introduced changes and supplements to the rules and agreements general for all members of the Council have been recorded in the document signed. Various aspects of the railway systemsвЂ™ interaction of the CIS member states have been reflected there, the existing problems have been noted, measures and recommendations on their settlement have been planned, as well as projects on the cooperation development for the coming two years have been adopted.
Within the sitting of the railway transport heads from 16 countries bilateral and multilateral talks and consultations have been held. The sitting finishes its work on 24 November.
