Perspectives of further cooperation of Central banks of Azerbaijan and Poland were discussed in the framework of the visit to Baku of a delegation headed by the office director, the Poland’s National Bank president Remigiz Pashkewitch, the National Bank of Azerbaijan (NBA) told Trend.
During their visit the Polish bankers held presentation on the issue of the external supervision in the Polish commercial banks, restructuring the regional network, security and international relations of the Poland’s National Bank.
The delegation, among members of which was the executive director of the World Bank group, where Azerbaijan is represented, Yacob Karnovski, got familiar with the activities of the NBA departments, their work experience. They assessed highly the level of the work being conducted.
