The Asian Bank of Development (ABD) assessed the state governance and private sector in Azerbaijan. The bank plans to publicize the results of appraisal till late February 2006.
The problems found out during the researches will be specified in the report. Respectively, the government of Azerbaijan will be given recommendations on their solution.
