The management of the Azerbaijan Fund for consulting and Investment facilitation (AZPROMO) will gather shortly to discuss proposals related to the forming of the Supervisory Board, the Board chairman Chingiz Abdullayev told Trend. В"Undoubtedly, the companies interested in drawing foreign and local investments are to be involved in the Board. These companies will be among the members of the AZPROMO Board of Trustees, Asadullayev noted.
The Board is expected to be shaped till February. According to its head, the issues of the executive structure financing, action plan identification and etc. are to be solved. At the last sitting of the AZPROMO Board of Trustees its members have been disseminated the questionnaire and sorting out of all proposals is currently underway, one of which is introduction of membership fees for the Fund members.
The members of the Board of Trustees will discuss shortly the operational work plan. В"Establishing of the Supervisory Board which will undertake quick finalizing and coordinating of the plan will play a big role, Asadullayev thinks. Setting up of the Supervisory Board was announced at the last sitting of the Board of Trustees, which will comprise 7 members.
