The public budget of Azerbaijan increased by 85% over 2 months, Trend reports quoting Avaz Alakbarov, the Azerbaijani Finance Minister, as saying at the Milli Majlis [Parliament] during discussion of the report by the government over 2005 on Tuesday.
He noted that the figures of the public budget were very high. Increase of budgetary expenditure was mainly related to investment. 310m euros are envisaged to be allocated for the construction of the module stations, he said. Alakbarov stressed that construction of these objects will allow solution of problems in energy supply.
