Rashid Muhammad Rashid, the Egyptian Minister for Commerce and Industry, will visit Azerbaijan by summer, the Egyptian embassy in Baku told Trend.
An appropriate agreement has been achieved during the visit of the Azerbaijani Minister for Economic Development, Heydar Babayev, to Egypt. During the forthcoming visit it is planned to carry out exchange of opinions on the development of economic and trade cooperation between Azerbaijan and Egypt. The sides will consider the participation of the Egyptian businessmen, entrepreneurs and investors in the projects on socio-economic development of Azerbaijan.
The talks will center on the participation of the two sides in the specialized international exhibitions in Azerbaijan and Egypt, opportunities for the implementation of joint projects in the sphere of oil and gas, mutual investing in economy, in particular, in the sphere of tourism.
