A group of German businessmen will visit Azerbaijan on May 22-26, the German embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend.
The visit `s agenda is now being defined, the embassy said.
The German ambassador to Azerbaijan, Deltef Lingeman said during his earlier visit to the West regions of the country that the major attention of the arriving businessmen will be focused on the second city of the country- Ganja and Hanlar district.
The German businessmen are planning to visit the Luterang church in Hanlar district, which was build by Germans who were residing in Azerbaijan since the end of XIX c. Consultations will be held to reconstruct the church.
Noting that Hanlar city was founded by the German settlers at the end of XIX c, its previous name was Helenen.
