The specialist of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), who arrived in Baku last week, will visit the regions of the country within the struggle with bird flu. He will visit the regions Guba and Khachmaz from 10 to 11 April to get familiar with the work within the struggle with bird flu, the State Veterinary Service under the Azerbaijani Agriculture Ministry told Trend .
The State Service noted they would hold a meeting on the results of the work on Tuesday to publicize their opinion on the state of the taken measures and give recommendations.
The FAO expert will stay in the country a month and visit all regions of Azerbaijan, where cases of infection of birds were recorded.
