The Ministry of Tax finished receiving declarations on profit and income tax, Trend reports with reference to the news release of the Ministry of Tax issued April 20.
Legal entities shall submit profit tax declaration and physical persons shall submit income tax declaration not late than March 31.
This year quantity of due declarations rose compared to that of 2005. In 2006 physical persons to submit declarations totaled 13,148. From them 12,242 (93.1%) submitted their declarations in time.
During the relevant period of the previous year, 14,473 (89.3%) of 16,205 taxpayers submitted their declarations in time.
Quantity of declarations submitted due rose by 3.8% this year.
By totals of 2005, from 9,803 legal entities to submit declarations 9,043 (92.2%) submitted them in time, which shows a 87.3% increase year-over-year. 3,199 physical persons out of 3,345 submitted their declarations on income tax, 95.6% from the total quantity of such declarations. Last year this percentage was 93.2%.
