Solving the problem of financing railroad communication among Russia, Azerbaijan, Iran within the limits of North-South transport corridor, it is firstly required to bring transportation regulations in one line, Trend reports quoting Marina Kovshova, chief of centralized transport service, Russian Railroads OAO.
Besides, it comes necessary to apply competitive tariffs and attraction of credits for expense of transportation volumes and guaranteed quantities to be repaid through tariffs.
Despite Iran being one of initiators of this transport corridor, up to now it has not submitted any applications for transportation of cargo from its territory, reportedly said Yevgeniy Volkov, deputy Director General, Refservis OAO.
