The Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry has developed a bill On export activity in the sphere of oil and gas, Heydar Babayev, economic development minister, informed Trend.
The privileges will not be considered in the bill, but the procedures for those companies will be procedures other than Tax Code, told minister.
The primary goal of the bill is to reduce the tax barriers for the foreign companies entering into registration in Azerbaijan and carrying out operations out of Azerbaijan such as Total, Bos Shelf and Maersk appealing to the government with proposals to present tax privileges for participation in regional projects realized outside Azerbaijan.
In connection with the completion of their project activities in Azerbaijan, they receive order from Kazakhstan. Continuing realization of operations from Azerbaijan, the companies should follow the legislation of Azerbaijan such as customs and taxes.
