The Azerbaijani Transport Ministry held a ceremony of foundation of the 8th bridge, Trendreports. The new road will be placed in the junction of Ziya Bunyatov St. and Azadlyg Ave.
The cost of constriction of the 293m-long bridge with the 310m-tunnel is 15.5m AZN.
The Azerbaijani Transport Minister, Ziya Mammadov, participated in the foundation of the bridge.
The work will take 16 months to complete. Contractor on construction of the bridge is Turkish company Yapilar.
