KAMAZ JSC considers the project of creating an assembly production of trucks in Azerbaijan, the Russian Minister of Economic Development and Trade German Gref told on October 6 in Baku, Trend reports.
According to him, if earlier the company delivered 80 trucks to Azerbaijan annually, now this number is implemented monthly.
We try all ways to increase the demand and growing interest towards Azerbaijan market, the Minister said.
It will be a separate production outside Azerbaijani Company Az Motors Co Ltd. The Company wishes to organize this production with state participation and support.
The Azerbaijani Government also considers the opportunity of delivering privileges to the company.
Today 70% of the hard trucks in Azerbaijan is reported at the share of KAMAZ automobiles.
