Azerbaijan has grounds and conditions for the Dutch syndrome, but we are eliminating them, academic Ziya Samadzadeh, Chairman of the Permanent Commission for Economic and Political Issues of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan`s parliament) told, Trend reports.
He pointed out that not long ago there were different talks linked with inflation. A year or two ago, the Finance Minister, the Economic Development Minister, Government, and the State Statistics Committee cited different figures. I think it is not normal, since the inflation is the indicator that is under the Government`s control. That is why, co-ordination works should be carried out between the corresponding bodies, pointed out the Azerbaijani MP.
Mr. Samadzadeh pointed out that strong strategic programs are being aimed at eliminating the Dutch syndrome in the Country.
