New MINI pricing, including Convertibles

(autoinsidernews) - Over the weekend, we reported on the leaked pricing information for the 2007 MINI Cooper and Cooper S, now the MINI experts at Motoring File have gotten their hands on U.S. pricing, including the 2007 convertibles, reports Trend.

As previously reported, the base price of the MINI Cooper has increased by $600 to $18,050 with standard 6-speed manual and rear spoiler ($18,700 with $650 D&H, up a total of $700 from 2006). The MINI Cooper comes standard with a trip computer, traction control and a sport mode button. The Cooper S increases $300 to $20,900 (again with a larger $650 D&H, up a total of $400 from 2006)

The MINI Cooper Convertible will have a starting price of $21,950 with the Cooper S Convertible starting at $25,400.
