Serjan Duysebayev, the Deputy Chairman of the Customs Control Committee of the Kazakhstan Finance Ministry, informed Trend that the Kazakhstan Committee is expected to conclude a bilateral agreement on exchanging the data base of imported and exported goods with Azerbaijan Customs Committee within the central Asian cooperation.
According to him, the Kazakhstan Custom Committee is currently elaborating a draft-agreement, which is prepared within the RILO International Programme. Signing such an agreement will allow the customs bodies to control contraband channels.
